Yotam Ottolenghi is the chef patron of 10 restaurants and delis in the UK and started out here in 2002. He has developed a style of cooking that is deeply rooted in Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern cuisine.  I have been a big fan of his recipes for many years because the dishes are so flavoursome, exciting and diverse.

At this Pop Up Wine Dinner I will prepare dishes from a selection of Ottolenghi's cook books and pair them with some delicious wines, talking you through each pairing.

 

Please note that some dishes will be meat and/or fish-based.  Please advise of any food allergies when booking.
