Spain

Spain is not just about Rioja, Cava and Sherry, in fact there are 69 different regions to discover.  Using the Brindisa cookery book I found some delicious dishes to pair with the wines.  This dinner demonstrated that Spanish food is not limited to tapas and it showcased some more unusual wines from Spain.*
